The first step is simple. You enter your basic information and create your account.

This isn't the part where you disappear into some giant application black hole. It's just enough to get you into the system and moving. From there, Lolly walks you through a guided flow so you always know what's next.

Tell us about you

Once you're in, you move through the "About Me" section. This is where you enter more detailed information about yourself and, if relevant, your dependents.

Your age, household situation, and other details shape what's relevant to you. The point isn't to feel complicated — it's to make sure the options you see actually make sense for your life.

Complete the health questionnaire

Filling out a health questionnaire is usually where things start to feel like work.

Long forms, unclear questions, and the sense that once you hit submit… you're just waiting.

Review and choose your plan(s)

Coverage timing

Choose your effective date

Once your health information is complete, you choose your effective date — when you want your coverage to begin. This will usually be the first of the next month.

Finish enrollment

After plan selection, you enter your address, sign a standard agreement, and enter your payment info.

At this point, the user side of the process is basically done. Lolly keeps these moments connected — you move through one guided path instead of juggling several partial ones and hoping they line up.

OneHealth takes over behind the scenes

Once you've completed everything, OneHealth handles the operational side — processing the application, sending data where it needs to go, receiving member ID information, and generating your digital cards. Physical cards follow in the mail.
